Meet Our Doctors

The three psychiatrists of Scottsdale Family Psychiatry, Drs. Kalivas, Rouse and Zwier, have been working together for many years, even before forming Scottsdale Family Psychiatry in 2018. They have remained united in their vision for the practice: being reliable, responsive, and informed. Dr. Lance Rouse joined as a fourth psychiatrist in 2024. The doctors schedule regular opportunities to meet together to discuss the practice, share information and collaborate on clinical challenges.
